Unlike the old, complicated 'Swing jaw' type crushers, the MCM overhead Eccentric jaw crushers are simple, productive power efficient and easy to maintain. Our design Generates 'two stroke' powerful 'force feed' crushing action, which begins at the bottom of the jaw plates, for each revolution of the wheels. This also reduces compaction and discharged material flows freely, unlike the Swing jaw Type design that tends to compact material at the bottom, leading to choking of the jaws.
The open top design of MCM jaw crusher not only facilitates the feed to the crushing chamber but also makes jaw inspection, maintenance and replacement very convenient.
The stress-managed design of MCM reduces complication in the machine and makes it more efficient, which in turn results into extra component life, less maintenance and improved yield.

Double Toggle Oil Crusher
For different application suitable MCM jaw crushers are available and these can be fitted to the plants without any difficulty. In MCM jaw crushers automatic ad continuous spray lubrication by positive gear pump for the pitmen-toggle mechanism enables the crusher to run safely.
In MCM jaw crusher massive rigid eccentric shaft of special design ensure smooth running. The crusher operates with a single light weight fly wheels that is easily started with a normal duty squirrel cage motor. MCM crusher have light weight pitman having white-metal lining for bearing surface which prevents excessive friction.
Double toggles, for even the smallest size crusher gives distribution of load. Well designed compression springs provide control to the toggle mechanism which eliminates knocks and reduce the resultant wear. In MCM crusher, strong hinge pin of special steel is usd in crushing without rubbing. Specially designed oil resistant flexible diaphragm seals opening in the oil chamber and protects the mechanism against dust.
The body is welded robust steel construction. Heavy and strong jaw plates are of manganese steel. The jaw plates of MCM crushers last longer as compared to the jaw plates of other crushers because MCM jaw crushers work on the principle of “crushing without rubbing.”
MAINFRAME
Through constant research, our engineers have selected heavy steel plates (IS: 2062) for constructing the machine. Side wall plates are one piece mild steel plates. Mainframe is then fabricated with heavy embracing ribs to the side walls providing reinforcement at high -stress points. It is then relieved in an arc furnace and is accurately machined and leveled to assure you of increased life of the Main-Axle, Roller Bearing etc.
JAW PLATES and SIDE PLATES
Manufactured from Manganese steel castings, the jaw plates are extra thick and deep ribbed to give longer life and better cubical production. Jaw plates are reversible, end for end to assure maximum wear life. Also our jaw plates are extra long as compared to other manufacturers.
